Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Any free-shipping offers (including thresholds) will be shown on the site at the time you place your order.
Processing times may vary. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors outside our control.
Returns
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they are faulty.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can help.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.
